About
About ExpiredMarks™
Last updated:
ExpiredMarks helps people research US trademarks whose registration was cancelled or expired per USPTO records, and track their status.
Search and browsing are free. Comeback cards pair a name with a short business idea. If you want to keep an eye on a mark, a monthly tracking plan emails you when its USPTO status changes.
Who's behind it
ExpiredMarks is built by Jack Link. Jack has spent 25 years managing cash flow and has pitched thousands of businesses. He built ExpiredMarks to make public trademark records easier to explore when you're looking for your next idea.
ExpiredMarks™ is a DBA of Jack's Inventory Consulting, LLC, a California company based in Sacramento County, CA.
Please read this
ExpiredMarks is a research and information tool only. It is not legal advice, and we are not a law firm. We are a private company, not affiliated with or endorsed by the USPTO. We make no guarantee that any mark or name is available. A registration that was cancelled or expired can still be protected. Always check TSDR, run a full clearance search and talk to a licensed trademark attorney before you use a name. Our Disclaimers page explains why.
Related services
Brocius (brocius.com) is a separate service and a DBA of Jack's Inventory Consulting, LLC, the same company that operates ExpiredMarks. It is sold on brocius.com under that site's own terms and privacy policy. ExpiredMarks links to Brocius and may track those referrals. Brocius offers AI business answers ($10/month for 50 questions, with 3 free questions to start), documents ($10 for members, $25 for non-members) and the Advisors membership ($249/month). A business plan or any Brocius answer never makes a name or mark safe to use and is not legal advice. See our Affiliate Disclosure.
